The husband and I figured we'd finally give this place a try for lunch as we'd been hearing great things about Hot Sake! From the service, the food and the atmosphere, everything is incredible! Our waitress was so sweet and awesome at giving us some recommendations. We ordered pot stickers, 3 different sushi rolls and finished it off with some creme brulee! Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back!
Hot Sake is consistently outstanding, by far the best sushi joint in all of the Green Bay and surrounding areas. Juan is a gracious host and always remembers us every time we come back, and I love supporting a minority-owned business. Hot Sake has the freshest fish in the area, try the nigiri and let the fish speak for itself! I will continue to sing Hot Sake’s praises and recommend them always for the best sushi in northeast Wisconsin!
I just recently tried Hot Sake for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. To start the staff was very friendly and accomodating and the location is very nice and relaxing. The menu has items for everybody, so it is also great for families. I personally tried a few different types of sushi and some skewers of beef and it was an absolute joy. You can see the love of the craft in their dishes with fresh high quality ingredients and a presentation that lures you through your eyes. I recommend Hot Sushi to everyone and will return for sure, it is my favorite sushi restaurant in the area EASILY!
Beautiful atmosphere! Waiter was super friendly! Sushi was the best we’ve had around. We will definitely be going back! They have a great menu with their own special rolls. Definitely a little on the pricier side but you get what you pay for.
Went for the first time this past Wednesday; me and my husband were beyond impressed! This place really stands out as far as quality sushi goes. It’s hard to find a sushi place in WI that seems to actually care about the food it serves. But Hot Sake really blew us away! Service was so fast and friendly. Also, their homemade creme brulee was amazing!!
Excellent service, nice establishment, quality ingredients, awesome sushi. I haven't had sushi this good in years and I've been looking. Happy to visit and find it holds up to the positive reviews. Plan to return and try more. Today we tried the Ichiban, Hot Sake, Rainbow and Super Smoky Rolls. Pleased with all.
Awesome place! It is not an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, but the quality is outstanding. Their amazing service perfectly complements their exotic and modern fusion flavors. I had a salmon dish with a miso glaze sauce—it felt like a continental explosion of flavors. They also offer a selection of sushi rolls; in my case, I ordered the new The King Shrimp, which was an indescribable delight with the crispy touch of fried shrimp. Highly recommended, 100%! I hope to come back soon.
We were greated and taken to our table by a VERY friendly gentleman. He later asked our and other tables how everything was. Later we found out he was the owner. Monica was our waitress and she was also friendly and attentive. We had the veg tempura, steamed pork dumplings, philly and smoky rolls (sorry pict of sushi is missing some, we were hungry). Everything was GREAT tasting and presented. Must try!
